About the role

  • Become a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and commercially sound HR advice.
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design activities within your business areas.
  • Interpret people data and engagement insights to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • Manage and coach managers through Employee Relations issues (performance, absence, conduct, redundancy, and grievances) ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Work with the Senior People Partner to identify and mitigate potential risk areas.
  • Support continuous improvement of policies and practices to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Partner with the L&D and DEI teams to implement engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives that strengthen leadership, inclusion, and culture.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of experience in a People Advisor, People Partner or a similar HR Business Partnering role.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to resolution.
  • Well versed in Human Resources Information Systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret people data and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information confidentially.
  • You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
  • You have an interest to apply AI-driven tools for process automation and optimisation.
