About the role
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, Statements of Work, and NDAs
- Providing responsive, day-to-day legal support to the growth and operational teams
- Supporting legal input into RFIs and client proposals
- Helping to standardise and streamline contract templates, playbooks, and contracting processes across the business
- Acting as a key contact on commercial and contractual matters, working closely with the global Legal and Compliance team
- Providing legal support to human resources and finance teams
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Legal and Compliance function
Requirements
- UK-qualified or dual-qualified solicitor with a law degree and current practising certificate; 6+ years’ PQE
- Fluent English (Bilingual English/French is an advantage)
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, within a digital marketing and media agency
- Good working knowledge of UK and EU data protection principles
- A pragmatic, detail-oriented approach with strong commercial judgment
