About the role

  • Lead end-to-end QA strategy for ServiceNow AI modules including Now Assist , Now Assist Virtual Agent , Agentic AI capabilities, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Validate AI-generated summaries, content generation, resolution notes, and conversational accuracy.
  • Test and optimize Predictive Intelligence and Task Intelligence models including classification, clustering, similarity, and regression use cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and automation testing across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
  • Validate AI governance, monitoring, and model lifecycle management within AI Control Tower.
  • Conduct prompt validation, LLM output validation, bias detection, hallucination testing, and response quality benchmarking.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks (ATF) within ServiceNow.
  • Perform API, integration, and workflow testing for AI-powered automation.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and data scientists to validate AI models and ensure quality releases.
  • Analyze logs, troubleshoot defects, and ensure high platform performance and reliability.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps quality gates for AI deployments.
  • Prepare test strategy documents, test cases, traceability matrices, and QA reports.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of QA experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow platform testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience testing AI features within ServiceNow including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, and AICT.
  • Solid understanding of LLM-based validation techniques and AI/ML testing methodologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP API testing tools (Postman or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, CSM, HRSD modules.
  • Experience in validating conversational AI and chatbot flows.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI orchestration and AI workflow automation.
  • Strong SQL and data validation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, or AI-related certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
