• Independently execute monthly payroll processing, including maintenance of payroll-relevant data
• Prepare payroll data (master data, absences, allowances, bonuses, benefits)
• Process and prepare certificates, statements, filings and other documents
• Support the maintenance and management of the time-tracking system (ATOSS)
• General administrative support
• Participate in HR projects
• Close coordination with the Senior HR Business Partner at the Cologne site and collaboration with the HR team in Baden-Württemberg

• Strategic sparring partner for the CEO and executive leadership
• Anticipate decisions, filter ideas, assess feasibility and prepare recommendations for action
• Structure topics, set priorities, and produce analyses and decision papers
• Coordinate executive-level projects, ensure consistent follow-up, and regularly update the CEO on status
• Support the CEO’s personal LinkedIn presence (strategy, posts, topic suggestions)
• Act as a trusted link between the CEO and the workforce, ensuring internal and external communication
