About the role

  • Manage and strategically develop our existing international customers in the drugstore and grocery retail sectors
  • Acquire international new customers and establish and develop distribution partners
  • Analyze market potential and identify growth opportunities in the respective country markets
  • Present and sell new products as well as assortment and marketing concepts at an international level
  • Develop tailored, market-specific offers and sales concepts taking into account country-specific requirements, regulations and market trends
  • Lead contract and price negotiations with international key accounts
  • Work closely across departments with Purchasing, Product Management and Supply Chain
  • Participate in international trade fairs, customer meetings and business trips

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of international experience in B2B Key Account Management, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Initial industry knowledge in cosmetics, drugstore and/or food retail (grocery)
  • Experience in new customer acquisition as well as in managing and developing international customers and distributors
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, pronounced sales and closing abilities, and a confident presence on the international stage
  • Ideally, an existing network into the headquarters of international key accounts
  • You are hands-on, reliable, structured and persuade decision-makers with a pragmatic approach
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel) and able to organize your work independently
  • Successfully completed commercial training, a degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience
