About the role
- Overseeing the successful execution of a new field leadership development program
- Managing end-to-end coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across sites and phases
- Serving as the central connector between jobsite leadership, facilitators, administrative staff, and the workforce development team
- Delivering regular reporting and analytics on training efforts
- Leading cross-functional and multi-jobsite planning, scheduling, and execution for pilot and long-term training rollouts
- Providing onsite support during major milestones
- Facilitating or co-facilitating the program launch/kickoff and training sessions
- Monitoring delivery to ensure quality, engagement, and adherence to brand and performance standards
- Scheduling and leading pilot check-ins
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration or related field (Required)
- 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Training or People Management (Required)
- 5+ years’ experience in construction and/or human resources (Preferred)
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the construction industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of needs assessment, program design, implementation, metrics and reporting and compliance
- Knowledge of training and development best practices
- Organization skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful
- Ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus in a classroom or virtual setting
- Ability to speak confidently in large groups with executive presence
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with various stakeholders, internally and externally
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner
- Communication skills, verbal and written (Advanced)
