Safety Manager – Mission Critical

• Responsible for managing prefabrication execution on projects
• Creating and maintaining training/planning materials
• Coaching project teams
• Helping all employees understand and apply Prefabrication principles to their projects
• Collaboration with project teams during preconstruction and construction phases to establish parameters for project-specific prefabrication strategies
• Capturing necessary metric tracking for identified prefabrication plans
• Contributing to project teams as subject matter expert for specific client projects
• Responsible for learning and implementing client specific prefabrication program on projects
• Collaboration with field, operations, and support positions at the project level
• Assists in development of prefab lessons learned and best practices
• Assists in development of processes and resources that support a comprehensive internal and external metric-driven business case for prefabrication advantages over traditional methods
• Partners with self-perform prebuild leadership to guide and develop JE Dunn’s Design for Manufacture & Digital Fabrication capabilities
• Contributes to the development of JE Dunn’s prefabrication strategy and the tactical implementation.

Prefabrication Integration Manager

Program Manager

• Overseeing the successful execution of a new client mandated training program designed for field leadership
• Managing end-to-end coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across sites and phases
• Serving as the central connector between jobsite leadership, facilitators, administrative staff, and the workforce development team

Program Manager – Client Specific Training

• Manages and implements the field safety program and team for construction projects.
• Communicates safety philosophies and values of the Company with safety team members, construction site foreman, superintendents, and project managers.
• Acts as a resource to help field and office staff interpret company, owner and government policies and recommendations.
• Compiles accident statistics, trending analysis and recommend changes or additions to the safety program(s) to address identified trends.
• Administers and monitors Company drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company, federal and state requirements.
• Implements accident and incident reporting protocols to ensure that the project team submits information and reports through the proper channels in a timely manner.
• Provides assistance to Safety team members in accident or incident investigations.
