About the role

  • Manage the overall execution and performance of assigned Installation and/or Service delivery projects
  • Leads the scope development of Metasys controls projects
  • Responsible for financial management (P&L) of assigned teams
  • Ensures that portfolio of projects assigned to reporting PM’s comes in at or below estimated cost
  • Assigns projects and ensures appropriate engineering, commissioning, quality control, and safety resources are assigned to those projects
  • Develops and builds contractor, customer, consultant, subcontractor, and assigned team relationships

Requirements

  • Operations or project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Metasys
  • Experience with scope development for plan and spec projects
  • Proficiency effectively managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances
