Chief Marketing Officer

• Build Jasper’s Enterprise Growth Engine
• Lead Jasper’s integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing.
• Build a unified growth engine that accelerates pipeline across our enterprise sales motion and leverages AI to continuously improve speed, personalization, and performance.
• Lead Jasper’s field marketing and account-based marketing strategy, bringing together executive events, customer engagement, digital campaigns, and sales plays into a cohesive enterprise growth motion.
• Partner closely with Sales to create high-impact programs that build relationships, accelerate pipeline, and expand strategic accounts.
• Use data to evaluate funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize investment, and improve conversion across the customer journey.
• Establish forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable fast, informed decision-making.
• Partner closely with GTM Operations and Data Science to continuously improve the systems that power growth.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and field marketing.
• Coach leaders, raise the quality bar, and build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Senior Director, Growth Marketing

Executive Assistant

• Manage the CEO’s schedule to arrange meetings, triage incoming requests, and ensure that all deadlines are met effectively.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and other internal team members, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
• Support the Executive Team working cadence including weekly meetings, regular brainstorming sessions and quarterly offsites.
• Own travel arrangements and external engagement logistics with meticulous attention to detail, building contingency plans so nothing is left to chance.
• Assist with key priorities including preparing necessary materials and organizing the CEO’s workflow.
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain momentum on critical activities.
• Prepare materials and organize workflow to keep the CEO's key priorities moving forward.
• Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Executive Operations and cross-functional leaders to strengthen and continuously improve executive operations processes.
• Support the CEO's engagement with the Board and other senior stakeholders, including helping prepare materials and coordinate logistics for Board meetings and other high-stakes, elevated communications.

Product Designer

• Own and guide the design strategy for Jasper, setting the vision for how enterprise marketing teams will work with AI and making the design calls that shape where the product and company go
• Maintain the highest standards of visual and interaction design across the product. Set and raise the bar on every surface, holding the line on polish and consistency that enterprise customers paying six and seven figures expect
• Lead a small, high-velocity design team as a player-coach — coaching and upleveling designers while staying deeply hands-on, prototyping and vibe coding with tools like Cursor and Claude Code and shipping real work to production
• As a member of the EPD leadership team, work alongside Product and Engineering leaders to keep evolving how Jasper builds software with AI
• Accelerate, innovate, and define AI-first ways of designing and AI-first design-to-front-end pipelines, pioneering how prototypes go from concept to working, production-ready code
• Extend Jasper's design system and the context and skills our coding agents rely on
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define the problems worth solving and shape roadmaps that deliver on customer outcomes
• Build a high-trust, inclusive, feedback-driven design culture that values autonomy, learning, and accountability
• Establish and run the team's craft rituals — design critiques and reviews — that elevate quality and develop designers
• Coach and support designers in their career growth, fostering both craft and leadership development
• Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and scaling the design organization as the team grows
