Solutions Engineer

• Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to support the entire customer journey, including discoveries, demos, workshops, managing trials, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
• Align solutions with broader business goals and strategies, and simplify complex concepts into impactful solutions.
• Confidently present to C-Suite stakeholders both in-person and virtually.
• You will bring a deep understanding of MarTech and can scope and design end-to-end custom solutions leveraging APIs and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Jasper’s architecture and security protocols, and how they pertain to industry regulations.
• Effectively communicate and partner with sales, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams at Jasper.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and build expertise beyond the Solutions Engineering role.
• Travel and represent Jasper at customer onsites, conferences, and industry events.

Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Security Engineer

• Own the strategic vision and tactical execution of Jasper’s security program, managing a lean, high-performing team to protect company assets and customer data. Establish program metrics to track effectiveness and champion continuous improvement.
• Oversee and guide best practices in product security, collaborating closely with engineering teams to embed security throughout the software development life cycle. Lead security reviews, threat modeling, and ensure secure design and development of Jasper’s products and features.
• Partner with leadership and engineering to evaluate risks pragmatically. Your goal is to find "yes, but safely" solutions that allow the business to innovate while managing exposure.
• Evaluate organizational risks, prioritize remediation efforts based on real-world impact, or accept risks and exceptions on behalf of the business. Facilitate risk-based decisions.
• Lead the incident response life cycle, ensuring we have robust detection, rapid response capabilities, and clear communication protocols in place.
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer requests to maintain sales velocity and deal integrity. You will jump on calls with prospective and current enterprise customers to discuss our security practices.
• Mentor and guide your direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.

Engineering Director

Marketing

• Develop and execute Jasper’s account-based marketing strategy focused on our Top 100 customers and named accounts across Enterprise and Strategic segments, ensuring programs are aligned to revenue priorities, active opportunities, and account growth goals.
• Partner deeply with Sales leadership, AEs, and account teams to prioritize opportunity landscapes, and build coordinated account engagement plans that support account expansion and pipeline acceleration.
• Design and orchestrate tiered ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions, ensuring the right level of personalization and investment based on account priority and business impact.
• Develop highly personalized 1:1 engagement strategies for strategic accounts, including tailored campaigns, executive experiences, and sales enablement programs designed to unlock high-value opportunities.
• Create scalable 1:few programs that bring together clusters of priority accounts through curated executive events, peer experiences, and targeted campaigns.
• Work closely with the Field Marketing team to ensure executive events, dinners, and curated experiences are strategically targeted to priority accounts and supported by coordinated pre- and post-event ABM engagement.
• Support account progression and deal acceleration by developing programs that engage multiple stakeholders and buying groups at different stages of the sales cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure ABM programs align with broader GTM initiatives and pipeline goals.
• Build repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks for account tiering, engagement planning, and program execution that can scale across segments, personas and industries.
• Measure the impact and performance of ABM programs on account engagement, opportunity progression, and pipeline, partnering with Revenue Operations to establish clear reporting and insights.

Account Based Marketing Manager

Communications

• Serve as the primary communications partner to the CEO, owning messaging, narratives, and executive content across internal and external channels.
• Lead CEO thought leadership, including bylines, op-eds, LinkedIn content, keynotes, and executive POVs aligned to Jasper’s business priorities and product roadmap.
• Partner closely with our PR agency to prepare executives for media engagements through briefing documents, talking points, Q&A, and interview prep.
• Support executive internal communications, including company-wide meetings, leadership announcements, strategic updates, and change communications.
• Develop and maintain executive messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across press, speaking engagements, internal forums, and social channels.
• Support executive speaking opportunities, including conference submissions, talk tracks, fireside chats, and panel preparation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate executive visibility and thought leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, People, and Finance to ensure executive communications are accurate, aligned, and well-timed.
