About the role
- Lead the full-cycle sales process to secure major contracts for January Mirror and Lifestyle Intelligence.
- Identify and execute strategic integrations with major clinical workflow, EHR optimization.
- Champion the clinical and business value of offerings, demonstrate safe clinical insights and continuous metabolic tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, CPO, and engineering teams to refine enterprise pricing and product roadmap.
- Build pipelines, write outreach, run discovery calls, and navigate complex hospital procurement.
Requirements
- Proven experience taking a B2B healthcare SaaS, API, or AI product from zero to its first $1M+ in ARR within the Health System sector.
- A strong existing network of healthcare decision-makers (CMIOs, CTOs, VPs of Innovation) and a deep understanding of the lengthy, multi-stakeholder hospital buying cycle.
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability, FHIR, HL7, APIs, EHR integration.
- Player-coach who thrives in ambiguity of an early-stage pivot.
