• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, based on the specific needs of each position, to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates for recruiting
• Serve as the talent ambassador to Janea Systems by creating positive interactions with candidates and communicating the amazing opportunities that exist at Janea Systems
• Evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and fit for each position

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Azure-native technologies and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features that power intelligent agent-driven compliance workflows.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and enterprise systems like ERP and Azure data platforms.
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability across the full stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI and backend layers, optimizing for user experience and system efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

• Fine-tune AI-generated outputs, adapt messaging for tone and context, and ensure quality before sending.
• Suggest new ideas and improvements to continuously advance the AI engine.
• Balance automation with human judgment to ensure communications remain authentic, relevant, and effective.

• Manage leads in Pipedrive, ensuring every interaction is logged accurately.
• Use marketing automation tools to orchestrate multi-channel follow-ups.
• Maintain clean data to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
