About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle executive search for Senior Sales Executive roles in the US market
- Take on other executive-level searches across the business as they arise
- Develop a deep understanding of Janea's business model, client profile, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain a warm network of Senior Sales and GTM talent in the US
- Design and execute multi-touch outreach strategies calibrated to senior, passive candidates
- Run structured, consistent assessment processes
- Manage candidate experience across the full funnel
- Track and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record running senior or executive-level searches independently
- Deep familiarity with the US Sales talent market
- Ability to own and manage a full search process
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- High degree of self-sufficiency and accountability
- Strong written English
