Key responsibilities & impact

Own full-cycle executive search for Senior Sales Executive roles in the US market
Take on other executive-level searches across the business as they arise
Develop a deep understanding of Janea's business model, client profile, and competitive landscape
Build and maintain a warm network of Senior Sales and GTM talent in the US
Design and execute multi-touch outreach strategies calibrated to senior, passive candidates
Run structured, consistent assessment processes
Manage candidate experience across the full funnel
Track and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record running senior or executive-level searches independently
Deep familiarity with the US Sales talent market
Ability to own and manage a full search process
Strong executive presence and communication skills
High degree of self-sufficiency and accountability
Strong written English
