About the role

  • Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline of potential partners across our Ambassador, Affiliate, Association, and Education programs.
  • Discover and surface new communities, creators, educators, and organizations that practitioners trust.
  • Create and continuously improve an organized process for researching, tracking, and prioritizing potential partners.
  • Initiate personalized outreach and lead early discovery conversations that build trust.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Partnerships team and cross-functional partners to align on priorities.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, community, marketing, research, or another relationship-driven role.
  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity, with the ability to identify individuals and organizations who influence practitioner audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in CRMs, spreadsheets, or project management tools to maintain accurate tracking.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-growing environment.
