Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced Product or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of proactively sourcing and hiring across Marketing, Design, and Admin teams (People and Finance) in both the U.S. and Canada, including senior and leadership roles
  • Experienced in partnering closely with hiring managers and People Partners
  • An iterative and data-driven approach
  • Comfortable with modern recruiting tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, GPT, and Slack
  • Strong communicator and collaborator experienced in working with distributed teams
