Analyst

• Deepen Existing Customer relationships to drive positive customer engagement, improve profitability, and reduce losses
• Run credit, pricing and marketing strategies to achieve this goal
• Deliver these strategies by using Python/R/SQL, Alteryx and Tableau, to manipulate and analyse data on a day to day basis, working at the cutting edge of analytical and statistical techniques
• Promote a test-and-learn approach, constantly challenging existing strategies and processes to find better outcomes
• Providing the business with data-based insight and recommendations for changes and improvements, and see those all the way through to implementation on a wide range of things including: limit management, balance transfers, promotional campaigns, and general portfolio management
• Utilise big data across multiple sources to enhance our relationships with our customers
• Deeply analyse portfolio performance trends to ensure portfolio health is maintained when executing these strategies
• Collaborate with other teams like Tech / DataOps / Commercial / Finance / Customer Service / Collections to ensure smooth delivery of strategies and correct outcomes’ forecast
• Proactively identify gaps and potential risks in processes to maintain consistent adherence to high-quality standards
