Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the delivery of new data models in a modern technology stack
Collaborating with stakeholders from different business areas to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Developing existing data models in line with product and engineering
Upholding the data governance standards
Supporting the BI and Analytics teams with key data sources required for their deliveries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Essential SQL knowledge (including CTEs and window functions)
Experience of writing performant queries preferably in Snowflake
Using transformation tools, we use Coalesce.io but DBT would also set you up for success
Modelling structured and unstructured data
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment ideally in a start-up/scale-up
Strong problem solving and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Experience with data quality frameworks
Familiarity with finance, credit and associated reporting
Experience of working with Product and Engineering teams
Knowledge of testing standards and version control
Experience with orchestration
