About the role
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities within the target market or territory.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social selling, networking, etc.).
- Lead discovery sessions with senior executives, identify business challenges, and articulate the value and ROI of Jade Global & ServiceNow solutions.
- Partner with ServiceNow and internal sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — proposals, ROMs, SOWs, and change requests — through to closure.
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly booking forecasts.
- Contribute to campaigns, webinars, and events to drive awareness and demand.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and create proposals
- 2+ years of ServiceNow sales experience -- Including Licensing and Services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus
- Experience in working with Partner channels for ServiceNow is a plus
