About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their home remodeling needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing estimates, discussing financing options and closing sales
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, staying up to date on the latest trends in bath remodeling.
- Create accurate and competitive quotes based on customer specifications and follow up to answer questions or provide additional information.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Customer Care, Design Consultants and Installation teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Update and manage the CRM system with accurate client data, sales activities and pipeline progression.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the team sales goal.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
- Connect with customers who request cancellations, actively listening to concerns and identifying ways to retain their business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in home remodeling sales. (Outside Sales or Inside Sales)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- MUST be goal oriented, self motivated and able to work independently.
