About the role
- Directly reporting to the International Payroll & HR Administration Manager
- Ensure a transparent, reliable and service-oriented experience
- Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments for all employees
- Organize and oversee various HR meetings and interviews with managers
- Create dashboards to track HR KPIs and data
- Act as the primary contact for the external payroll firm for the preparation and reconciliation of payslips
- Monitor training costs and manage funding claims through OPCO 2i
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in human resources management with basic payroll knowledge and understanding of labor law
- Strong interpersonal and support skills with the ability to adapt effectively to a variety of tasks
- Solution-oriented with the ability to manage priorities across your responsibilities
- Diligent, detail-oriented and organized
- Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Conversational proficiency in English
- Administrative and HR management of employees
- Manage the outsourced payroll
- Manage relationships with educational institutions
