Contribute to invoice processing with meticulous pre-checks (compliance, mandatory information, VAT) and analytical and GL coding
Support supplier relationship management: create/update supplier master data and basic KYC documents, track discrepancies, handle first-level follow-ups, help resolve disputes (price, quantity, VAT)
Assist with payment preparation: prepare payment runs, perform basic controls, ensure on-time execution, and track due dates and credit notes
Participate in month-end activities focusing on control through account reconciliations and basic bank reconciliations
Participate in the development and implementation of a new P2P (Procure-to-Pay) solution, including testing, documentation, and preparing the vendor master database via data cleansing
Drive continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations (automation, controls, templates) and helping update procedures and checklists
Collaborate with Finance teams (FP&A, Treasury) and business stakeholders; report to a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration with a Finance concentration, or a related quantitative field
Looking for a full-time 6-month internship or an apprenticeship starting as soon as possible
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles (AP basics, VAT notions)
Comfortable with computers and an IT environment
Capacity to evolve in an international and challenging environment
Ability to work well in a team and to communicate efficiently
High level of engagement
French & English speaker
