About the role
- responsible for the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- drafts policies and procedures and determines compliance with such policies
- completes assigned tasks and participates in various projects
- acts as the compliance liaison with the Company's third-party administrators
- conducts onsite and desk audits of third-party administrators
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience (insurance, financial services, compliance, legal, etc.) required
- Life and Health Insurance and/or Compliance experience preferred
- LOMA FLMI and AIRC Certification required or equivalent experience strongly preferred
