Requirements
- Process customer billing, adjustments, and payment applications
- Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and accounting issues
- Maintain A/R metrics and collections reports
- Reconcile billings and prepare month-end accrual entries
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide backup support to team members
- Perform other general accounting and A/R billing tasks as assigned
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
- Maintain and update department policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements
- Safeguard company assets
- Collaborate effectively across departments
- Keep management informed of key activities and issues
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2–4 years in billing, A/R, or general accounting
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, reports)
- Experience with WorkDay software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
