Operations

• Performs varied responsibilities such as equipment and plant maintenance, including welding, pump and engine overhauls, painting, and general housekeeping responsibilities
• Loading and delivering fertilizer and chemicals to customers
• Operating equipment to blend fertilizer
• Monitoring product application by calculating amounts, calibrating equipment, controlling application rates, and cleaning and storing equipment after application process
• Receiving and unloading product and performing warehouse inventory and storage functions
• Responsible for keeping a clean, orderly vehicle and organizing the warehouse and yard materials
• Ensure the proper loading and operations of vehicles in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Hazmat regulations
• Comply with all company and customer safety requirements
• Miscellaneous duties such as assisting with special projects, attending training sessions, providing back-up when needed, and other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
• Promote and live the Simplot brand to our customers, employees and community as the best-in-class Agricultural distributor
• Responsible for accurate, timely, and safe product deliveries and where applicable, product application.

Seasonal Operations Support

• Ensure compliance to Company policy, procedures, and Union Agreement (where applicable)
• Assists in auditing their facility Quality and Production processes
• Provides an assessment of plant capability identifies gaps, works with project teams and functional partners to address gaps found during audits
• Ensures that all employees are following safe practices and participating in the CARE process by being proactive in their approach to safety inside and outside of work
• Ensures that finished product quality, food safety, and overall sanitation procedures and practices are meeting specifications or standards
• Champions and supports Six Sigma processes and approaches to lean manufacturing

Shift Operations Supervisor

Salesforce Administrator

• Act as the primary point of contact for APAC commercial teams on Salesforce usage, functionality and system support
• Provide day to day operational support, including user onboarding, access management and troubleshooting
• Partner closely with sales teams to understand how Salesforce is used in practice and identify opportunities to improve adoption, efficiency and user experience
• Translate business requirements into clear briefs and work with IT and global technology teams to deliver system enhancements
• Support data integrity and governance across Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance
• Deliver and maintain reporting, dashboards and insights to support commercial decision making
• Monitor system performance, usage trends and adoption across markets, including regions with varying levels of Salesforce maturity
• Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials and knowledge resources
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned to global Salesforce and commercial technology roadmaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC and globally, with some flexibility to support different time zones and occasional travel
