About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for APAC commercial teams on Salesforce usage, functionality and system support
- Provide day to day operational support, including user onboarding, access management and troubleshooting
- Partner closely with sales teams to understand how Salesforce is used in practice and identify opportunities to improve adoption, efficiency and user experience
- Translate business requirements into clear briefs and work with IT and global technology teams to deliver system enhancements
- Support data integrity and governance across Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance
- Deliver and maintain reporting, dashboards and insights to support commercial decision making
- Monitor system performance, usage trends and adoption across markets, including regions with varying levels of Salesforce maturity
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials and knowledge resources
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned to global Salesforce and commercial technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC and globally, with some flexibility to support different time zones and occasional travel
Requirements
- Experience supporting or administering Salesforce in a commercial, business facing environment or a technically minded sales professional looking to transition into a systems focused role
- Strong understanding of how sales teams use CRM tools in day to day operations
- Comfortable acting as the link between business users and technical/IT teams, translating requirements into practical solutions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, governance and system accuracy
- Confident working with reports, dashboards and insights to support commercial decision making
- Proactive and solutions focused, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, regional and global environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across different functions and geographies
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams
- Background in sales operations, commercial systems, CRM administration or a technically minded commercial role will be well regarded.
