Create and implement both short and long term strategic goals and territory plans to ensure long term success
Launch new products and drive demand of Innvictis branded products through SGS retail & wholesale outlets
Represent the Innvictis Portfolio to SGS personnel within assigned territory and promote the Innvictis brand to SGS retail and wholesale customers
Work with SGS Regional and Market managers to develop and execute long-term business plans; execute annual portfolio forecast process
Deliver marketing execution, brand promotion and positioning at the field level to expand Innvictis sales
Develop and execute volume growth strategies in conjunction with Regional Manager and evaluate product pricing to maximize profit
Collaborate with sales, marketing and Tech Service to support product development, agronomic research, educational content, marketing programs and materials
Explore long term market development options, identify innovative technologies and products, and aid in creation of business cases for new brands
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
10+ years related experience and/or training
In-depth knowledge of the Agribusiness products portfolio, manufacturing, product costs, logistics cost, territories, customers, geographies, competitor products and capabilities
Knowledge of the agricultural marketplace, industry, purchasing, and logistics
A comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing functions
Good planning, customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and works without direct supervision
Good ability to lead and influence others effectively
Wide network of strong relationships externally and internally
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
