About the role
- Delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Blending fertilizer and calibrating application equipment
- Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations
- Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks
Requirements
- Class A CDL required
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Tanker endorsement preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
- 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (one ton pickups, semi-trucks, trailers)
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps)
