About the role
- Track attendance and maintain training records
- Coordinate with trainers and participants
- Assist with budget and administrative tasks
- Manage site training calendar
- Ensure Learning Management System (LMS) is updated
- Monitor OTJ process and training KPI’s
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
- 3+ years experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to build relationships and work cooperatively with others
- Strong eye for detail
