About the role
- Coordinate and support the daily operations of our global operations employee training programs.
- Enhance employee performance by managing and implementing standardized on-the-job training programs.
- Work with operations departments to support creation of training materials as needed.
- Conduct on-site training and facilitate group training programs.
- Collaborate with the Global Operations Training team to coordinate training and utilize outside vendors.
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs by maintaining KPI’s and tracking employee progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Training & Development Experience
- Professional certification or continued education with emphasis around workplace or adult learning
- Knowledge of learning management software.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and oral communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks.
