Account Manager

• Serve as the primary client liaison, anticipating needs, addressing questions, and influencing decision making with thoughtful recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring milestones are met on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Lead the development of creator briefs and guide influencer selection and onboarding to ensure brand integrity and campaign success.
• Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizations that deliver ROI and elevate results.
• Partner with internal teams across creative, strategy, and operations to deliver high-quality campaign work that exceeds client expectations.
• Contribute to proposal development, solution ideation, and growth strategies for existing accounts.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of spend and margin while identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Train and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, helping them build expertise in client and influencer management aligned to the IZEA way.
• Own project execution while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Demonstrate leadership through proactive problem solving, client advocacy, and delivering work that reflects IZEA’s standard of excellence.
