About the role

  • Set up new campaigns and ad groups in Google Ads and Meta Ads based on strategic decisions
  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets daily to detect anomalies or over/underspending
  • Execute bulk edits and uploads using Google Ads Editor
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and hygiene, including analyzing search term reports and adding negative keywords
  • Prepare and format weekly performance reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist with in-depth analyses by providing and preparing relevant data
  • Ensure Looker dashboards are functional and up to date
  • Research competitor ads and market trends for creative inspiration
  • Support the creation of creative briefs for new ad assets and upload/organise creatives across platforms
  • Execute and monitor A/B tests (ad assets, audiences, landing pages)
  • Work closely with content & organic specialists and the performance marketing lead to own Paid Search and scale Paid Social
  • Experiment across diverse channel mix including direct mail and partnerships and help transition work in-house from external agency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Paid Search and Paid Social)
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Expertise with Google Ads Editor (bonus)
  • Experience with keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management
  • Experience executing bulk edits and uploads in Google Ads Editor
  • Ability to monitor campaign performance and budgets daily and detect anomalies
  • Experience preparing weekly performance reports and providing data for in-depth analyses
  • Familiarity with Looker dashboards and ensuring they are functional and up to date
  • Experience with A/B testing (ads, audiences, landing pages)
  • Strong data-driven decision making and attention to detail

  • Relevant experience in fintech and lending (bonus)
