About the role
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality clinical candidates across the country.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors to align on job specs and meet the organization's talent needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle with accountability for quality of hire, cost, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience at every touchpoint throughout the process.
- Actively promote Ivy as an employer of choice and contribute to our growing reputation in the clinical talent community.
- Step into strategic initiatives that help evolve and improve our talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting with a demonstrated track record of filling clinical or healthcare roles.
- 3+ years sourcing and building qualified candidate pipelines using multiple channels.
- 3+ years filling roles for behavioral health clinicians — BCBA experience is highly preferred.
- 2+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — posting requisitions, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% data compliance.
- Experience thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to align on job specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
