About the role
- Review clinical documentation to ensure it highlights the skilled care provided
- Schedule and lead educational sessions based on documentation review results
- Cultivate relationships with clinical leadership and compliance team
- Assist in developing educational materials
- Act as a resource supporting clinical operations team with documentation-related matters
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited BCBA program or have passed the RBT certification exam by the BACB
- At least 4 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
- Microsoft product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
- Understanding of regulatory policies
