About the role

  • Keeping the LMS running day to day: user management, content uploads, module assignments and system configuration
  • Supporting colleagues with queries and troubleshooting — translating tech into plain English
  • Partnering with regional stakeholders and becoming a trusted LMS expert and influencer
  • Producing and supporting reports, extracting and analysing LMS data
  • Improving documentation, processes and ways of working
  • Collaborating with the Global LMS Technologist on enhancements, testing new features and integrations
  • Supporting end‑user training and championing best practice
  • Spotting opportunities to innovate and improve the learning experience

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with LMS platforms and learning technologies
  • Are confident explaining technical concepts to a wide range of users
  • Like working autonomously but value being part of a supportive, international team
  • Are comfortable working remotely and collaborating virtually across regions
  • Are organised, detail-focused and enjoy improving systems and processes
  • LMS administration (or strong hands-on experience with an LMS/VLE)
  • Office 365 tools, especially Excel for data analysis
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI and digital learning content formats
  • A strong grasp of data governance and GDPR
  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
  • SAP Litmos experience (Nice to have)
  • HTML, CSS or JavaScript basics (Nice to have)
  • HR or learning administration experience (Nice to have)
  • Additional regional language skills (Nice to have)
