About the role

  • Drive all new‑logo acquisition within a defined UK region and industry vertical.
  • Build territory plans that identify high‑value targets, whitespace opportunities, and competitive displacement prospects.
  • Proactively prospect daily — driving your own outreach through cold calling, social selling, targeted events, and partner collaboration.
  • Create multi‑threaded engagement strategies to secure first meetings with C‑suite, IT leadership, and line‑of‑business executives.
  • Build, track, and manage a robust new‑business pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Lead full end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate compelling value‑based proposals and business cases.
  • Drive competitive evaluations and displace existing vendors.
  • Work closely with marketing, SDRs, alliances, and solution consultants.
  • Align with channel partners to expand reach and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and regional intelligence.
  • Consistently hit and exceed pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and net‑new revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software new‑business sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt, prospect, and close new logos.
  • Proven success running complex multi‑stakeholder cycles.
  • Strong territory planning and value‑based selling skills.
  • Industry vertical experience desirable.
  • Proactive, energetic, self‑starter mindset.
  • Excellent presentation, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts at senior/executive level.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a self-starter attitude.
  • Experience in strategic selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to attend the Bracknell office 1–2 days per week.
