Business Analyst

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize key revenue and business KPIs to maximize growth opportunities and strengthen the customer lifecycle;
• Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of sales and marketing funnels, customer acquisition, churn, retention, and expansion metrics;
• Analyze payment platform performance to identify issues and uncover opportunities for revenue lift;
• Act as the main analytical partner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
• Own revenue-related data trends, identify risks and growth opportunities, and translate them into practical recommendations;
• Raise red flags early, diagnose root causes, and propose initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and overall revenue performance;
• Report directly to the Director of Growth Operations and collaborate across teams to influence business decisions.
