• New customer acquisition in the ITK (IT & telecommunications) B2B market
• Consulting and needs assessment: online presentation of the ITscope platform
• Managing the sales process: from proposal creation and contract negotiations to closing deals
• Managing new and existing customers: identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Market monitoring: identifying trends in the ITK market and incorporating them into the sales strategy
• Close collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign development
• Participation in trade shows and industry events

• Contract and master data management
• Processing and entering incoming order confirmations and cancellations in our ERP
• Maintaining and updating customer and contract master data in our systems
• Responding to customer billing/invoice queries
• Supporting general administrative processes in accounting
• Occasional support for the Sales team with administrative tasks
