About the role
- New customer acquisition in the ITK (IT & telecommunications) B2B market
- Consulting and needs assessment: online presentation of the ITscope platform
- Managing the sales process: from proposal creation and contract negotiations to closing deals
- Managing new and existing customers: identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Market monitoring: identifying trends in the ITK market and incorporating them into the sales strategy
- Close collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign development
- Participation in trade shows and industry events
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualifications
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the ITK sector or in SaaS sales
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good English skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- High self-motivation
- Affinity for IT topics and an understanding of digital business processes
