Human Resources

• Responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative duties
• Providing information and support to the HR team and ITR employees regarding policies, processes, procedures and HR activities
• Performing tasks safely and complying with internal and external safety requirements
• Completing day to day operations of HR functions and duties
• Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Assistant Manager
• Assisting with payroll processing and employee onboarding
• Preparing and processing all compliance trainings as required
• Maintaining employee files and ensuring they are saved in 2 locations
• Aiding in organizing employee events
• Preparing and implementing the annual ITR employee benefits open enrollment
• Addressing any unemployment claims that are received
• Participating in hearings when applicable

Human Resources Generalist

• Responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative duties

• Performs all tasks safely
• Complies with all internal and external safety requirements
• Supports ITRCC’s safety culture
• Attends all safety training
• Completes all compliance trainings as required by ITRCC
• Completes day to day operations of HR functions and duties
• Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Assistant Manager
• Assists with the Human Resources service request platform
• Assists in preparing and processing payroll for weekly pay periods when needed
• Assists with onboarding employees
• Prepares offer letters, processes background checks
• Conducts the HR portion of new employee orientation
• Works directly with each department for recruiting needs, functions and deadlines
• Conducts interviews for all recruiting positions
• Promotes and attends job fairs as needed for recruiting purposes
• Completes workers compensation claims when needed
• Processes documentation and prepares reports for department, other departments and outside vendors
• Maintains employee files
• Aids in organizing employee events wide
• Performs as point of contact for employee questions concerning insurance benefits
• Prepares and implements the annual ITR employee benefits open enrollment
• Addresses any unemployment claims that are received and responds within given timeframe
• Operates a variety of office equipment

Customer Support

• Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC safety culture, attends all safety trainings and completes all compliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
• Upholds ITRCC’s core values: Customer Service, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship and Teamwork (CREST).
• Provides fast, friendly, and accurate information and assistance to all external and internal ITRCC customers via telephone, email, U.S. mail, and in person.
• Handles all customer interactions within an average of five minutes.
• Assigns proper disposition codes to customer interactions.
• Accurately enters data into customer accounts while ensuring PCI security standards.
• Utilizes multi-channel communication software to interact with customers.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Regular reliable attendance.
