Human Resources Generalist
ITR Concession Company LLCHR Generalist managing personnel-related administrative duties with a focus on employee support and HR functions. A family-oriented company dedicated to community engagement and sustainability.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative duties
- Providing information and support to the HR team and ITR employees regarding policies, processes, procedures and HR activities
- Performing tasks safely and complying with internal and external safety requirements
- Completing day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Assistant Manager
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Preparing and processing all compliance trainings as required
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring they are saved in 2 locations
- Aiding in organizing employee events
- Preparing and implementing the annual ITR employee benefits open enrollment
- Addressing any unemployment claims that are received
- Participating in hearings when applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree within Human Resources field of similar area
- Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prepare and compose correspondence and reports
- Ability to maintain personal composure and tactfully handle difficult situations
- Knowledge and skill in developing and maintaining files
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- 1 year of relevant work experience for Level 1
- 3 years of relevant work experience for Level 2
- 5 years of relevant work experience for Level 3
