Engineer

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure user and business needs are met, from governance definition to service implementation within the Office 365 scope: Microsoft Endpoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, migration planning and execution
• Anticipate user needs by driving innovation through the development and implementation of a consistent Office 365 roadmap
• Serve as the technical point of contact for our customers and support our managed services as a 3rd-level engineer
• Document processes and procedures, and support the definition of standards
• Perform scheduled maintenance during and outside business hours
• Provide technical support to our sales team
• Consultancy and solution design
• Conduct customer workshops
