About the role
- You take overall responsibility for Sales & Marketing and, as a member of the executive management team, play a decisive role in shaping itnetX’s growth agenda.
- You lead a high-performing team across the entire customer journey – from marketing through sales to customer success.
- You define the strategic direction for Marketing and Sales and work with your team to translate it into measurable market results.
- You acquire new customers and personally support selected key accounts throughout the entire sales process.
- You expand your network with customers, prospective clients, and partners, and position itnetX through active presence at industry events and specialist conferences.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent further education in Computer Science and/or Business Administration
- Positive, goal-oriented personality with a proven track record in sales (10+ years) — experience in both SMEs and the corporate market, particularly in Switzerland
- Several years of leadership experience in IT sales or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies (M365, Copilot, Azure, Azure OpenAI)
- Extensive B2B network in the Swiss IT market with potential customers and with Microsoft
- Skill for conveying technical topics appropriately to different audiences
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in a changing environment, to continually dive into new topics, and to pursue ongoing professional development
- Excellent German; business-fluent English (spoken and written); French is a plus
