About the role
- Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries and reports, ensuring a timely Month End Close and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Perform inter-company transactions, eliminations and consolidations using NetSuite
- Prepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Work closely with other departments and serve as point of contact for GL operational related questions and inquiries
- Support GL operations including accounts payable and expense report processing, purchasing card review, treasury transactions
- Assist with audit deliverables as well as other ad hoc requests
- Evaluate process and system infrastructure, along with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities; champion and drive automation and AI solutions
- Partner closely with our Offshore team, offering support and guidance necessary to maintain high-performing global team and ensure tracking to deadlines
- Be a versatile team player that can perform various tasks ranging from routine accounting procedures to ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Strong background in GL and accounting operations.
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred; experience with Numeric and Navan a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to dive into details and learn new areas, and contribute with the best interest of team and Company in mind.
