Account Executive

• End-to-end HubSpot implementations: You are responsible for the design and implementation of Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub — from requirements gathering through setup to go-live and hypercare.
• Integration & system architecture: You connect HubSpot to existing system landscapes (ERP, BI, telephony, webshops, etc.) — using native integrations, middleware or API — ensuring clean data flows and high data quality.
• Process consulting: You analyze clients’ sales, marketing and service processes and translate them into well-thought-out HubSpot setups with workflows, automations, pipelines and reporting.
• Project management & client ownership: You manage your projects independently — including budget, timeline, stakeholder communication and quality assurance.
• Workshops & enablement: You conduct workshops and training sessions and empower client teams to use HubSpot independently and effectively.
• Development of our HubSpot practice: You actively bring new features, best practices and trends from the HubSpot ecosystem into the team and to our clients.

• Belegdigitalisierung: Du digitalisierst unsere Eingangsbelege und sorgst für eine ordentliche, revisionssichere Ablage.
• Vorkontierung: Du übernimmst die Vorkontierung von Kreditorenbelegen in DATEV.
• Rechnungsprüfung: Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit.
• Belegverwaltung: Du ordnest Belege zu Kreditkartenabrechnungen zu und hältst die Übersicht.
• Kundenabrechnung: Du bereitest die monatliche Kundenabrechnung vor und unterstützt bei der Weiterberechnung verauslagter Kosten.
• Schnittstelle zur Steuerberatung: Du arbeitest unserer Steuerberatung zu und bereitest Unterlagen für den Monatsabschluss vor.
