About the role
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing deals with brands across key verticals.
- Communicate MoonTech’s value proposition— performance, control, and ROI —with clarity and impact.
- Understand brand goals and translate them into effective, scalable campaigns on the platform.
- Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall revenue performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, activation, and customer retention.
- Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) , messaging, and sales processes.
- Build scalable sales infrastructure—playbooks, workflows, and repeatable operating models.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development —ideally in SaaS, adtech, or performance marketing.
- Strong commercial instincts with a results-driven approach to hitting targets.
- Excellent communicator and natural closer , comfortable leading sales conversations from discovery to contract.
- Experience building sales strategies and processes from the ground up.
- Data-literate and confident working in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
- Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing or with AI-powered platforms.
