About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing deals with brands across key verticals.
  • Communicate MoonTech’s value proposition— performance, control, and ROI —with clarity and impact.
  • Understand brand goals and translate them into effective, scalable campaigns on the platform.
  • Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, activation, and customer retention.
  • Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) , messaging, and sales processes.
  • Build scalable sales infrastructure—playbooks, workflows, and repeatable operating models.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development —ideally in SaaS, adtech, or performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a results-driven approach to hitting targets.
  • Excellent communicator and natural closer , comfortable leading sales conversations from discovery to contract.
  • Experience building sales strategies and processes from the ground up.
  • Data-literate and confident working in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing or with AI-powered platforms.
