About the role

  • Work on projects across the human development portfolio.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery and management of projects.
  • Build and own relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development activities and maintain excellent reputation with clients.
  • Develop your own specialisms within the practice.

Requirements

  • Proven track record within monitoring, evaluation and learning assignments.
  • Seen at least one significant project through the full lifecycle within the health space.
  • Experience in education, WASH or climate desirable.
  • May also have a post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in European languages—ideally French, but this isn’t essential.
  • Ability to apply a range of data and analysis tools to produce evidence-based findings.
  • Client facing skills to effectively analyze and interpret data.
