• Provide pragmatic and effective HR advice, problem-solving and guidance across all people-related matters
• Partner with key stakeholders to support people strategies, development and workforce planning
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees to influence good people practices and leadership
• Manage monthly payroll in collaboration with external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage annual third-party benefit reviews and information
• Design and deliver onboarding, training, guidance, tools and development sessions; facilitate workshops and engagement initiatives
• Champion inclusion and neurodiversity, collaborating to ensure accessible and equitable work environments
• Work collaboratively with Head of HR on cross-functional projects and change initiatives, supporting planning, communication, and follow-through
• Mentor junior colleagues and support cross-role learning; balance operational and strategic priorities
