• Provide pro-active support to the Executive Committee, Board and Managing Partner to support the delivery of the strategy
• Diary management, organisation of Board and ExCo meetings
• Coordination and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and agendas
• Coordination of Partner SDR reviews and check-ins
• Acting as liaison between internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Board and its committees
• Management and development of Fire evacuation, First Aid & DSE procedures
• Day to day office management
• Co-ordinating and maintaining a compliant policy library
