Triage RFIs/RFQs/RFPs from an assigned federal contract vehicle and build accurate, compliant quotes (hardware, software, cloud, services) with correct SKUs, CLINs, and T&Cs
Support orders under contract vehicles (e.g., CIO-CS, ITES-4H) and confirm contract pricing and compliance requirements
Prepare documentation for BOMs, SOWs, and delivery schedules; manage delivery terms and FOB/INCOTERMS alignment
Work within FAR/DFARS frameworks and support PIEE/WAWF receiving/invoicing workflows and DPAS ratings when present
Maintain records for audits and ensure use of current UEI (SAM), CAGE, NAICS alignment, and manufacturer authorization
Source pricing and availability through OEMs and distribution, register deals, secure special pricing, and align lead times with period-of-performance
Act as responsive POC for Contracting/Procurement Officers and Program teams; drive support for SaaS renewals, incremental services, and backorder communication
Generate monthly reports for order transactions, vendor status, and equipment failures
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to ensure compliant solutions and successful order fulfillment
Requirements
2–5+ years in inside sales, bid desk, or sales support at an IT reseller/VAR or OEM
Hands-on experience with Federal procurement processes and portals
Ability to quote multi-line IT solutions (networking, security, servers/storage, desktop/laptops, video equipment)
Working knowledge of pricing math (margin/markup), terms & conditions
Detail-orientation, deadline discipline, and strong written communication with federal stakeholders and partners

Ability to confirm contract pricing, DoDIN APL compliance, TAA/BAA applicability, Section 889 representations, OEM letters of supply, and flow-down clauses
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS frameworks and PIEE/WAWF workflows
Ability to support DPAS ratings, government acceptance terms, and maintain audit records (UEI, CAGE, NAICS alignment)
Experience sourcing pricing and availability through OEMs and distribution, registering deals, securing special pricing
Ability to prepare documentation for BOMs, SOWs, delivery schedules, and support SaaS renewals and incremental service solutions
Nice to have: Previous work on GWACs (CIO-CS, ITES-2H/3H, SEWP)
Nice to have: Familiarity with CUI, FCI, supply-chain security
Nice to have: Awareness of NIST 800-171/CMMC basics and common federal cybersecurity clauses
Nice to have: OEM ecosystem experience (Cisco, HPE, HP Inc., Dell, Microsoft, etc.)
Nice to have: Eligibility for Public Trust or experience supporting cleared accounts (clearance not required)
Physical demands: sit at a computer for up to 8 hours per day, keyboarding for 8 hours per day, near vision, speaking, hearing requirements
