About the role
- Contact patients regarding outstanding copays and balances in a professional and courteous manner (soft collections)
- Collaborate with front office staff and agents to support overall billing and collection efforts
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements in the system
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to collections and customer satisfaction
- Handle sensitive patient financial data with discretion and integrity
- Work as part of ISTA Solutions' team focused on long-term success and learning
Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account
- Collections experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Amenable working onsite in Makati
- Willing to work night shifts
