Account Executive

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, serving as a trusted advisor on security and compliance services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client security postures, compliance requirements, and security infrastructure to recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and the implementation of appropriate security measures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging threats to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Insight Assurance is a U.S. licensed CPA firm delivering cybersecurity audit services such as SOC 2, PCI QSA, and ISO 27001 Certification.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
• Prospect and drive organic sales opportunities.
• Nurture sales pipeline and accurately forecast close dates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of excellent products and services.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and participating in professional societies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets including monthly/quarterly revenue quotas, partner introductions, and qualified opportunities created.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and develop relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level executives through their sales cycle.
• Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance and advice.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress and identify areas for improvement during the sales cycle.
• Identify needs for additional services that can be upsold by the Customer Success team after onboarding.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper expectations about timely delivery of products and services.
• Proactively identify and address client concerns and develop solutions to improve their experience.
• Work with Business Development Representative and Manager to create prospecting strategy.
• Provide timely and accurate agreements/engagement letters to clients on account performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
