About the role
- Oversee, optimize, and mature back-office IT operations through effective process management
- Administer, configure, and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
- Lead day-to-day ITSM operations, ensuring timely management of incidents and service requests
- Serve as Chair of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), leading change reviews and maintaining documentation
- Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Jira Automation and JSM workflow engines
- Develop and maintain ITSM dashboards and reports
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT Service Management experience with hands-on administration of Jira Service Management or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification, preferred
- Advanced expertise with Atlassian tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience leading or facilitating a Change Advisory Board (CAB), strongly preferred
- Proven experience designing and deploying automation within ITSM platforms
